Cancellation & Refund Policy

THAIYARI GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
1. Cancellations
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if access to the digital services, platforms, or tools has already been initiated or if resources/credits have been consumed.
2. Service Disruptions & Technical Issues
If you encounter technical faults, system downtime, or discrepancies with your account access/credits, please report the issue to our Customer Service team at support@thaiyari.in. We will investigate the system logs to verify the disruption. Validated claims regarding service unavailability or billing errors will be reviewed promptly, and the Customer Service Team will take appropriate action, such as restoring credits or issuing a prorated refund.
3. Refunds Processing
In case of any Refunds approved by THAIYARI GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed and credited back to the end customer's original payment method.
4. No Refund Policy
All payments made to THAIYARI GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED, are non-refundable. Once a service, subscription, or digital product has been purchased, activated, or accessed, no refund will be provided except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by the Company.
